This policy separates behavior guaranteed by the distributed MiRuntime theme from facts that depend on the deployed WordPress host, mail transport, plugins, analytics, backups, security services, retention rules, and legal jurisdiction. The production operator records those facts in Appearance → MiRuntime Deployment.
Data handled by the theme
The distributed MiRuntime theme contains no advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, remote fonts, or third-party embeds. Standard WordPress and hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, user agents, requested URLs, timestamps, error data, and security events in operational logs.
Contact submissions
The contact form collects name, email address, optional organization, topic, message, consent, and an optional page context. It sends the message through the configured WordPress mail transport to mike@ns12.com. The theme does not create a WordPress database record for the message.
For abuse control, the theme derives a pseudonymous key from the request network address and user agent using the WordPress hashing function. The transient expires after five minutes. The raw network address and user agent are not stored by this theme function, although the web server, firewall, mail provider, or other deployed services may log them independently.
Local storage and cookies
The light or dark appearance preference is stored in the visitor’s browser using localStorage. The unmodified public theme does not set an analytics cookie. WordPress may set cookies for authenticated users and administrators, and enabled plugins may add their own storage.

The theme loads its runtime assets from the same site origin. Following an outbound source, profile, or social link transfers the visitor to a separate site governed by that destination’s policy.
